Forstal OÜ is an Estonian capital-based construction company that has been operating since 2000 both in Estonia and Finland.
In the early years, we focused on the installation of openings — lifts, windows, and balcony structures. Our first major projects included the installation of balcony structures in the Osten Tori building at the intersection of Pärnu Road and Tondi Street, as well as the installation of glass balconies in Viru Keskus.
Since 2004, we have moved into the residential construction sector, which offered new opportunities to apply our knowledge and experience in carrying out more complex projects.
Today, we specialize mainly in industrial and civil construction. Our completed projects include substations in Tiskre, Kopli, and Kohtla-Järve, and the Haapsalu substation is currently under construction. In addition to construction services, we also offer design services in cooperation with reliable partners, enabling us to provide comprehensive solutions from design to project completion.
Forstal OÜ holds valid licenses for general construction work and owner supervision, certified by the Economic Activities Register. We have acquired the principles of passive house construction and completed relevant training to provide energy-efficient and high-quality construction solutions.
